  • One on One Training

    A training plan dedicated 100% to you!

    ​After an one hour complimentary introductory and assessment session, your coach will set up a 8-12 week plan based off of your goals and training experience. You will meet with your coach 1-4 times per week for an hour at a time.

    Sessions will be set up to teach you the fundamentals of exercise and how to best train for your goals. We will cover a wide range of topics and drills ranging from: warm up, dynamic movement, mobility, strength training, conditioning work, cool down, and stretching.

  • Small Group Training - Group Training Calgary by EMF Fitness

    Small Group Training

    High-level coaching. Intimate setting.

    In this style of training, we group you with like-minded individuals who are striving for similar goals. Working with others creates a higher energy environment where you can push and hold each other accountable for each other's goals.

    In this setting everyone can learn new things as each individual gets shown and coached about something they specifically need to focus on, seeing what others change can help you have a better understanding of why we do things the way we do.

    Large Group Training

    Join the party!

    Large group classes are a great option for teams, corporate groups, and trainees who have gone through 1-1 coaching before and gotten great results but want something they can do a few more times per week to maintain their results.

    Classes are set up with a good warm-up for 5-10 minutes, a 30-40 minute high-intensity workout, and followed by additional core workout and cool down.
